Recruitment process

Our process begins with an open position where the role has been carefully defined. We don’t like surprises; we want you to know exactly what you’re signing up for from the very start.

  1. Application

    We aim to be flexible with applications, but we do require a CV covering your full work history. Feel free to also send a video or a cover letter if you wish. We will personally notify you once your application has been received and is being processed.

  2. Interview Invitation

    Selected candidates will be invited for an on-site interview. We want you to see your potential future work environment and Turula as a workplace firsthand.

  3. Job Offer

    If you are selected, we will contact you personally with a written job offer. The offer will reflect the details discussed during the interview, such as the starting date and the incentive pay systems applicable to your role.

  4. Accepting the Offer

    Once you accept the offer by the deadline, you will receive information regarding the signing of the contract and the schedule for your first day, including your orientation.

FAQ

I live in Joensuu (or further away). Is Turula a viable option for me?
Yes. Our employees come from all over the North Karelia region. Many of our staff members carpool, so depending on where you live, you may be able to arrange shared transportation to work.
I don’t want to do the same thing over and over again. Is it possible to have variety in my work?
Absolutely. Your skills define the scope of your work. The components we manufacture are highly varied and can change daily. We also enable job rotation based on your expertise and interests.
